A TIME FOR CHANGE FOUNDATION TV
One of the main reporters for BBC TV during the Wimbledon fortnight, Simon interviews all the big names and gets in and amongst the fans. Sitting down with big-name guests including World Cup winner Jonny Wilkinson and Olympic gold medallists Michael Johnson and Dame Kelly Holmes – as well as psychologists, neuroscientists and former Buddhist monks – he explores life themes including addiction, self-acceptance and tribalism. Simon Mundie hosts the critically acclaimed podcast “Life Lessons: From Sport and Beyond” which uses sport to explore ‘life’s bigger questions’. However he suspects he wont and looks forward to supporting the charity for many years to come. Whilst he is enormously proud of what his twin brother and his amazing colleagues have done, deep down he thinks Andy should get a proper job. A big supporter of the Charity for many years – he’s old enough to have witnessed the early days on the playing fields of Islington.

A covid-enforced career break means he has fewer excuses when Andy or Bassie come calling these days. As a result he’s back on his bike after a lengthy absence and is looking forward to riding the Western Front in May. His access to the odd ticket and occasional bit of hospitality has been welcomed by the Charity’s fundraisers over the years and he has now been bullied into actually taking part in one of the anniversary challenges.

Some might say his career highlight was leading the venue management team for the 2012 London Olympics but he hopes his highlight is still round the corner. Jon Sellins has spent over 30 years in the event industry, working in many of London’s leading venues including Wembley Stadium, Wembley Arena and Earls Court. He’s participated in Charity events over the years the most memorable being, teaching female inmates the art of cricket at Holloway prison, a trip to the West Bank in Palestine, a climb up Mount Kilimanjaro and most recently a tour to Japan during the 2019 world cup to help with the England blind rugby squad. Stu has a long association with the charity as Andy Sellins, the charity’s CEO used to borrow his Vauxhall Cavalier to deliver cricket nets to various North London Boroughs in the late 8o’s. He’s one of the few people in the home counties to support Hull City and has been seen at the occasional Wasps game, mainly because the clubs have the same colours so he only has to have one scarf. He has had a go at Football and is the person with the most limited range of skills ever to have played Cricket. Stu has 2 daughters, is a sports enthusiast and was an abrasive centre having played both Rugby League and Union. Stuart is the co-founder, owner and business manager of Springwell Clinic in Marlow, specializing in medical aesthetics.
